FriendlyPaws and the veterinary professionals are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services. The telemedicine consultations are meant to supplement, not replace, traditional veterinary care. Always consult a veterinary professional in person for any serious medical issues.

**4. Account Registration**

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

**5. Payment and Fees**

Consultation fees will be clearly stated prior to your appointment. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize FriendlyPaws to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
